Ok, the recovery week are over so now it’s time to run a bit longer every week for the next 4 weeks.
Today Tine and I went out for 25 minutes in her pace. She is slowly pushing herself to run a little longer without overdoing it and I think it’s a good plan.
After running with Tine I went out on my own, this time 8720 meters in my standard low pace. It went very well and with an average speed of 4:55 minutes/Km I’m very happy !

Was out on my first “real” bike ride after the long break. Boy am I out of shape !!! Ok, it was quite windy but I can’t remember it being this hard riding the 30Km… Well got an average speed of 28.4Km/h and I think it’s not that bad considering that it’s 4 weeks since I did the full route.

Tine was ready to run again today, so we did 24 minutes together in her pace and then I went out on my own 7960 meters. I was a little slower than last Tuesday so I ended with a speed of 4:57 minutes/Km but as always I’m very happy everytime I break the 5:00 time.

As last week I went running in park today. This is to get used to a harder route than the one I normally run, as the park is much more up and downhill.
Tine didn’t feel like running today so I did a warm-up lap on my own before my 3 laps.
As it’s my recovery week I had to limit my pulse to a max of 170 (last week it was 175). In spite of that I did the 3 rounds (5Km) in almost the same time as last week (it was 0.7 second off) so the average speed was yet again 4:36 minutes/Km.
