Running 23 minutes
As last week I went runningĀ in park today. This is to get used to a harder route than the one I normally run, as the park is much more up and downhill.
Tine didn’t feel like running today so I did a warm-up lap on my own before my 3 laps.
As it’s my recovery week I had to limit my pulse to a max of 170 (last week it was 175). In spite of that I did the 3 rounds (5Km) in almost the same time as last week (it was 0.7 second off) so the average speed was yet again 4:36 minutes/Km.
