Running 11+23 minutes
Friday, July 6th, 2007Because of the Roskilde Festival we decided to go to the park and run this time as this is the day I test for speed and that’s impossible when running zigzag around people.
First Tine and I did 1 round in 11 minutes and 35 seconds. Tine wanted to stop after that round and that’s fine as the route is much harder than the one we usual run. If you’re not used to run quite a lot up and down hill it’s very hard to run in the park !
Then I did 3 rounds (5Km) in 23 minutes (and 1 second) with a max pulse of 175 and I must admit it was hard work. I havn’t run in the park for about a year and it’s much harder than I can remember !
In spite of my speed was a bit slower than last week it was quite good, especially when calculating the harder route : 4:36 minutes/Km !
Maybe I will start to run here in the park once a week as I think it will give me a better exercise…
